Zot implementation in Nextcloud

Hi,

There is an open bounty of $70 for Zot implementation and Nomadic Identity
in Nextcloud. <https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/11653>  Various
discussions about Zot have taken place on help.nextcloud.com and the
biggest issue is confusion on what it is vs. ActivityPub social networks -- see
the Nextcloud Social app <https://github.com/nextcloud/social/>.  Glad to
see a Zot group on W3C.  Cheers.
