Builds may be a bit broken at the moment

Hi folks,

I failed to notice that the XML compare license that DeltaXML generously allows us to use for W3C specifications was expiring soon. And by soon, I mean yesterday.

I’m trying to chase up a renewal but we may be without automatic diffs for a bit.

Apologies for the oversight.
