map:keys and map:keys-where - change not applied?

As far as I can see, issue 504 (by me) proposed merging map:keys and map:keys-where into a single function, PR 515 (by Christian) implemented this, and it was accepted and merged. But the current status quo spec has map:keys and map:keys-where as separate functions.

Can anyone shed any light on what happened?

Was the change by any chance applied on a branch that hasn't been merged?
