GitHub claims their status is green across the board, so I went looking for other causes. I think the problem was that we’d accumulated so many published but now closed PRs that the git commit was timing out. I’ve “fixed” the problem by deleting the build versions of all the closed PRs.

And the spec builds for open PRs seem to have been successfully published this time.
