Triaging the issues list

Hello,

Just a quick note since the minutes won’t be out for a while. If you’re following along at home, we’re triaging the issues list. After some discussion we settled on a two-axis system:

Optional - We can ship 4.0 without resolving this issue
Required - We cannot ship 4.0 without resolving this issue

Easy - We think that it’s relatively easy to specify a solution
Hard - We think that it’s relatively hard to specify a solution

Note that easy/hard is about describing the solution, not necessarily implementing it!

We also have a “revisit” tag. That identifies issues that we aren’t categorizing at the moment. Sometimes because we think relevant people aren’t present, sometimes because we think there are a nexus of related issues that should be discussed together, so categorizing a single issue isn’t practical.

All of the tags are prefixed with PRG so it’s easy to see the context in which they were added.
