Agenda planning for next week

Hello,

We meet again in a week. Not everyone took the month off :-) so we have a lot of outstanding PRs to review.

It would be really helpful if everyone could look at the list of PRs proposed for merging without discussion and confirm that they’re happy to, uh, merge them without discussion:

If you want to discuss any of them, please consider adding a comment or sending an email. If we can resolve any open issues before the meeting, so much the better.

(This applies to substantive PRs too, of course!)

There’s been a request to extend the meeting on 3 September in an effort to clear some of the backlog. I’m happy to extend it. If everyone is happy to continue beyond one hour, we’ll keep going until we finish or run out of steam.

There’s also been a request for a bit of more general “where are we, what are we doing, where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?” discussion.

I’m not sure how best to organize that, but I’ll put it on the agenda.

Other suggestions most welcome.
