Fwd: [qt4cg/qtspecs] 125: array:partition (PR #454)

I thought I had successfully rebased this to merge all the changes, but I'm highly sceptical about the result because I see that in the merged document, the examples in fn:all and fn:some all have the fn prefix which means I must have lost some changes along the line. I think for safety I'm going to scrap the PR and rework it from scratch.
