QT4 CG Agenda 041, 11 July 2023

Hello,

Here’s the proposed agenda for meeting 041, 11 July 2023. Mike is
planning to attend, but is a risk, so I’ve tried to pick things we can
progress in his absence if necessary. Matt will be joining us to
continue discussions of parse-csv.
