UPDATE to QT4 CG Agenda 031, 18 April 2023

Hi folks,

There has been *a lot* of discussion on issue #53 (inline function
syntax) over the past few days.

I don’t *know* that talking about it will help, but in the hope that it
will, I propose to start with a short, time boxed discussion of the
issue.
