Visual diff vs actual diff

In navigating my way through diffs for PR #197, I found important
discrepancies between the AutoDiff and the actual difference between the
two repos.

By way of example, the phrase "Named functions can", unique to
specifications/xquery-40/src/expressions.xml
<https://github.com/qt4cg/qtspecs/blob/master/specifications/xquery-40/src/expressions.xml>,
is unchanged in the PR, but is visually flagged in the AutoDiff for PR 197
<https://qt4cg.org/pr/197/xquery-40/xpath-40-autodiff.html> as a proposed
deletion. Github's version <https://github.com/qt4cg/qtspecs/pull/197/files>
was accurate (albeit illegible).

Caveat lector. Autodiffs should not be read in isolation from other
versions.
