New Editor's Draft dated 27 May

I have committed a new editor's draft. The diff version is at the usual location:

and is baselined to the published CR.

The following actions are complete:

ACTION-2016-03-10-004: Mike Kay to develop his proposal on executing a
transformation into actual spec text for review.
     pending

The proposed text is in sections 2.4 and 2.5 of the new draft.

ACTION-2016-03-31-004: MKay to add some examples to bug # 29431 on item-separator applicability,
in particular if the result is a sequence of nodes/elements or a sequence of atomic items
and/or mixed result

Search for "29431" in the diff'ed draft for a list of relevant changes.

ACTION  2016-05-12-002: Michael Kay to work out a map, fork and accumulator examples as in
comment 2 of bug 29604, to be added to the spec, and to remove XP31 specific syntax

ACTION 2016-05-12-2016-003: MKay to implement the proposed solution for Bug 29574  to drop visibility="absent" and allow abstract components to be hidden
