Streaming tests - early exit

I have added an attribute 

<result early-exit-possible="true">

to many test cases where evaluation is possible without reading the source document to completion.

Although this has no bearing on conformance, I find it useful so I can check for possible regression in the behaviour of my implementation, and I added it to the catalog in the belief that other implementors might also find it useful; the test driver can ignore the attribute if it is of no interest.
