ACTION 2016-12-01-003: Mike Kay to make the version of the draft with his "tweaking" to the syntax colouring available for review. I've been working hard on getting F+O to PR status this week, so I'm running a bit late on XSLT actions. So rather than try and get last week's changes into the spec and then publish, I decided to do it the other way around, and ship the current document in its current state.
