Incidentally, if anyone is wondering why Saxon is failing 18 tests, it's mainly because we haven't yet implemented:

(a) some of the recent edge-case changes to format-date

(b) the latest interpretation of whitespace rules around the colon in map constructors.

Against our usual practice, with the Saxon 9.7 release we have been implementing spec changes in maintenance releases, including the incompatible change to duplicates handling in map:merge() which has caused problems on at least one live site - our own!
