Re: Editors, pease run the pubrules checker

Note that many of these problems are in the status section which is generated using Jim's elaborate DTD-entity based machinery (why didn't he use XSLT?).

I'm not sure if we're trying to do the status sections "centrally" again, and if so who is doing it.

Also presumably we should cut over to Pubrules checking against the PR rules, but that also involves status section changes.
