completed A-641-16: no Java-style Unicode escapes

The "JavaCC bug" seems to have magically disappeared. As of a few minutes 
ago, the parsers should no longer treat \uHHHH as a Java-style Unicode escape.

Fixing 29568 should now just be a matter of regenerating the XQueryX 
versions of the test suite test-queries.
