Jim, I'd be eternally grateful for any help you can give with these build 
scripts.  It's not my area of expertise at all.

Completely agree. We've discussed this in previous meetings and come to 
the conclusion that since we are in the process of winding down, these 
sort of major changes are not worth the investment.
