RE: strict/other examples.

this sounds similar to:

http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/databinding/examples/6/09/ImportTypesNamespace/

which I hacked for the spec by creating a <wsdl> container element for the schemas under <types>..

but does still need a bit of thought to make work for the WSDL/Schema construction.
