It would seem as a WG we should review this document, 
and send comments - I'm therefore looking for a volunteer to 
read and present the document to the WG, especially wrt
to the test cases and possible resolution of ISSUE-10: 
Mapping Element and Type names. 

Is this a document we should build upon, or at least 
include a informative reference to?
