From Norm Tovey-Walsh in xproc-dev, this morning: Hello folks, At the meetup during XML Prague this year, the community group decidedto finalize and publish the 3.0 specifications (the core languagespecification and the standard step library; the additional steplibraries aren’t final yet). We’ve had last call drafts out there for awhile and there have been no new, substantive issues in ages. On Friday, I published a “final” editorial draft of the languagespecification: https://spec.xproc.org/master/head/xproc/ This morning, I published a “final” editorial draft of the standard steplibrary: https://spec.xproc.org/master/head/steps/ After a short review period, I’ll take out the editorial note and we’llrepublish them as the final 3.0 specifications at some persistent URI. Congratulations, everyone, we’re almost there! Be seeing you, norm ---------- This post sent on XProc Next Community Group 'Almost There' https://www.w3.org/community/xproc-next/2022/07/03/almost-there/ Learn more about the XProc Next Community Group: https://www.w3.org/community/xproc-next
