New XProc 3.0 “last call” draft published

Hello folks,

I’m pleased to announce that the XProc editorial team have decided to
publish a second “last call” draft of the language specification[1].
Appendix M[2] summarizes the significant changes since the February
last call draft.

We’re making good progress towards getting the standard step
library[3] into last call as well, but we aren’t quite going to make
it this year. Implementation is going well[4], but it is still turning
up areas where the specification is open to differing interpretations.

                                        Be seeing you,
                                          norm
