You are correct, it is not linked from the Note, nor does it seem to be accessible from the editors draft directory (not sure why not since the file is there). I'd have to check whether it is in the TR directory.

I'm attaching the latest draft; please note that this work stopped with publication of the Note and that there may be errors:
