XML Signature 1.1 Errata updated from Frederick Hirsch on 2015-07-20 (public-xmlsec@w3.org from July 2015)

I have updated the XML Signature 1.1 errata file to incorporate the two new errata items (E02 and E03) as approved by the group. (I made a minor change for the XML Signature 2.0 Note links, using undated URL so the errata need not change when the draft is updated)

The updated errata document passes both validation and link check.
