In XML Signature Syntax and Processing Version 1.1, W3C Recommendation 11 April 2013,
Section 1.3, the namespace prefix disg: should be dsig:

  SignatureProperties is identified and defined by the disg: namespace
  http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#SignatureProperties
