I am trying to write an IEC Standard regarding XML file security for data at rest and transfer. I intend to use XML Signature and XML Encryption, but have another use case: Data in transition (new concept). I would like to work with somebody that will help me to craft the appropriate text, point to the correct RFCs/W3C standards, etc.. Please respond to me directly Herbert Falk Solutions Architect SISCO, INC. 6605 19 ½ Mile Rd.
