The revised charter for the XML Core WG has been published and includes 'XML Normalization' as one of its deliverables:

Work and discussion related to 'XML Normalization' should now be conducted on the XML Core public list [1].

The CVS file can probably stay where it is, if convenient (if not please let me know).
