CfC: publish 2.0 documents as W3C Notes to complete work; deadline 25 February 2013

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to conclude work on XML Security 2.0 by publishing the documents noted below as W3C Working Group Notes.

Please indicate support on the public list (a +1 will do) or indicate any concerns before 25 February 2013. Silence will be taken as agreement but a response is preferred. Please include the mailing list in the response.

Assuming agreement I will update the references and status sections as part of the publication process.

(1) "XML Signature Syntax and Processing Version 2.0", http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmldsig-core-20/Overview.html

Previously published as a CR draft 24 Jan 2012 as a REC track document.

I have updated the editors draft to incorporate the 1.1 Last Call comment into the compatibility section as noted in the updated status section, and also replaced the 1.1 schema file to be published with it to match 1.1 (OCSPResponse removed, other formatting updates). Once the CfC completes I will further update the status section.
