The XML Security WG has published 3 RECs and 13 WG Notes dated 11 April 2013. All include updated references, including updated cross-references, as well as some bug fixes in the Notes. XML Signature 1.1, XML Signature 2.0 and XML Security Algorithm Cross-Reference have also been updated to reference RFC 6931 [RFC6931] which obsoletes RFC 4051 (XML Security URIs). Please see the status sections of the documents for details. The three Recommendations are: 1. "XML Encryption Syntax and Processing Version 1.1" [1] 2. "XML Signature Syntax and Processing Version 1.1" [2] 3. "XML Signature Properties" [3] The 7 Working Group Notes related to 1.1 are: a) "XML Security 1.1 Requirements and Design Considerations" , [a] b) "Functional Explanation of Changes in XML Signature 1.1", [b] c) "Functional Explanation of Changes in XML Encryption 1.1" , [c] d) "XML Security Algorithm Cross-Reference" , [d] e) "XML Security Generic Hybrid Ciphers" , [e] f) "XML Security RELAX NG Schemas" , [f] g) "XML Signature Best Practices" , [g] The 6 Working Group Notes related to 2.0 are: i) "XML Security 2.0 Requirements and Design Considerations" , [i] ii) "Canonical XML Version 2.0" , [ii] iii) "XML Signature Syntax and Processing Version 2.0" [iii] iv) " XML Signature Streaming Profile of XPath 1.0" [iv] v) "XML Encryption 1.1 CipherReference Processing using 2.0 Transforms " [v] vi) "Test cases for Canonical XML 2.0" [vi] I have updated the XML Security Publications page [A], Roadmap [B] and public page [C] accordingly. Thanks to everyone in the Working Group for their hard work in creating these Recommendations and Working Group Notes, and special thanks to Thomas Roessler, Denis Ah-Kang and the W3C team for enabling us to do this work.
