Candidate Recommendations (CR) drafts of the following two specifications were published today:

1. "XML Encryption 1.1" - http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/CR-xmlenc-core1-20120313/

2. "XML Encryption 1.1 CipherReference Processing using 2.0 Transforms" - http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/CR-xmlenc-transform20-20120313/

I have also updated the Editors Draft of the "XML Security Algorithm Cross-Reference" to update it to note that AES128-GCM is mandatory, to update the xml encryption 1.1 reference, and to fix internal xml encryption links, http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmlsec-algorithms/Overview.html
