I have updated the XML Signature Best Practices editors draft as follows: 1. Added new best practice for HMAC truncation, with minor edits to proposal distributed by Hal. Added new informative reference. 2. Restructured to put all Implementation/Application/Sign-Verify best practices in separate sections 3. Indicate target (Implementer/Application/Signer/Verifier) in each practice statement 4.
