Updated "Test cases for XML Encryption 1.1" for AES-GCM-128

I have updated the "Test cases for XML Encryption 1.1" editors draft to add the additional interop test for AES-128-GCM, adding the ciphertext xml file to CVS and linking it from the document.

This is the case just added to the "XML Encryption 1.1 Interop Test Report", http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmlenc-core1-interop/Overview.src.html#sec-aes-gcm
