Test cases for C14N 2.0

Added some test cases for C14N 2.0

Although this is not a spec, I made the document in  "respect" format, to make the document look nicer. Respec has ability to include external files, syntax highlight them and embed them in the current document.

 

There are only 6 tests so far,  planning to add some more.
