DSig2 examples V2.1

Frederick, all,

I reengineered the examples you provided, adding a digest data count (I
hope my calculation was correct, prefix rewriting+trimTextNodes+excC14N
is really messy here) and some namespaces (the "ex" and "wsu" prefixes
weren't sufficiently declared). As far as I can see, these examples
should be correct in terms of what XML Signature 2.0 declares by now.

Any feedback is highly appreciated.
