Completed review and edits for XML Security Algorithm Cross-Reference

I have completed reviewing the XML Security Algorithm Cross-Reference section references and made the following updates to the editors draft:

add section number for ECDSAKeyValue in RFC4050 for Algorithms section 3.3.

fix AES128-GCM and AES256-GCM section references.

For Algorithms section 3.3 "Elliptic Curve DSA" add to existing sentence "Work is under way to revise this container format." the following, "See section 4.5.2.3, for description of ECKeyValue element defined in [XMLDSIG-CORE1]."

Swap section 5.5.1 and 5.5.2 references for DH key agreement in Algorithms section 8. 

fix section reference for "Diffie-Hellman with explicit Key Derivation Functions (Ephemeral-Static Mode)" in Algorithms section 8.

fix section reference for C14N2

add link for section 4.4.3 reference in Algorithms section 13, for RetrievalMethod.

add link for section 3.3.1 reference in Algorithms section 13, for CipherReference.

Fix section number and add link for ECKeyValue in Algorithms section 14.

Fix section number and add link for DEREncodedKeyValue in Algorithms section 14.

Please review, especially the KeyValue text in section 3.3

This document should now be ready for publication of an updated WD. I also checked the validation and links.
