Thank you again.  The IDPF EPUB WG indeed needs URIs for all RELAX NG
schemas in the XML syntax and compact syntax.

When this draft becomes a working group note, I suppose that 
the URIs will change.  Now, they are
http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmlsec-rngschema/...
but will  "Drafts" be dropped?
