Do you mean that you modified (or even removed) any-containing-xmldsig11-properties.rnc
and move the include statement, namely 'include "xmldsig-properties-schema.rnc"  ',
to "xmldsig-core-schema.rnc" or "xmldsig11-schema.rnc"?  If signature
properties should always be allowed, this change makes a lot of sense.
