Signature properties example

So far it doesn't validate. One error is that it's using XMLSig's namespace
as a default, but the root element is missing xmlns="..." for that
namespace. I'd change the example to use "ds" like most examples do.

Secondly, the RNG schema doesn't seem to be correct at least in Oxygen's
opinion. Says it's missing the "start" element.
