I do not see an open action on the AES key wrap with padding for XML  
Encryption, nor do I see it in the spec.  I believe we had at some  
time had agreement about inclusion as at least optional algorithms,  
but didn't seem to have agreement beyond that.

Do you recall what the resolution of that point was?  Simply "post  
FPWD"?
