Re: Action Item about redistributing tests

Sean,

the question was to find out whether, from the Apache side, there
are any issues with including the tests with the Apache repository
while keeping them under the license [1].

If Apache needs to relicense the test cases, then we need to see how
that happens.  If Apache can keep them under the current license,
all is fine.
