Public comment list for comments on XMLSec deliverables

We have a public comments list comments against the deliverables of the
XML Security Specifications Maintenance Working Group, including
comments related to interop:

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xmlsec-comments/

However if you join the Working Group then comments should be sent to
the public working group list (public-xmlsec-maintwg at w3.org) , and
may also be discussed on working group calls.
