In section 4.3.3.4, The Transforms Element, a link that is supposed
to go to section 6.6 is actually a link to 4.3.3.4 itself.  (Last
sentence before the schema definition.)

I've taken the liberty to change the current editor's draft for the
xmldsig-core PER to correct this problem; the change is diff-marked.
