Opening up discussion of Use cases and requirements of everyone

Dear all,

First let me thank you for joining this Community Group, dedicated to XML
Performance

I have of course various idea in mind of topics to tackle about XML
Performance

I would say one of the most important thing is to help people using XML and
stop thinking XML is less "fat and slow", than "fast and low in resources"

To allow this, we have now a whole stack of tools (parser, binary xml,
xpath, xml schema, xslt, xquery, xproc, xml security, etc.) for which it
would be good to have some hints on how to use them the most efficiently as
possible

Hoping this will help starting the discussion and the debate
