Actually, I would vastly prefer no namespace attributes, but I see that as backwards incompatible with application/xml. There is no way that @href for example hasn't been used in something tagged as application/xml and that in that use it doesn't mean a value conforming to RFC 3986. MicroXML might work around that issue with a new media type declaration, but I see a fair bit of resistance in that community to declaring MicroXML "For The Web". YMMV There is a page on the wiki with a set of proposed attributes + meanings. Peter
