Updated Guide 2 versioning

I've done updates based upon extensive WG feedback and greater cvs
knowledge..

I'm trying to get a version with the right media type at the date-less
and file-type-less URI but what works in .htaccess in other directories
doesn't seem to work here.  I don't think that should affect reviewers
at this time though.
