I think the expected result of test stZ007 of group stZ007 of set
MS-SimpleType2006-07-15 should be invalid for schema 1.1. It implicitly
constructs a simple type definition with absent variety (see
http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema11-1/#dcl.ctd.ctsc), which is only allowed for
xs:anySimpleType (see
http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema11-1/#Simple_Type_Definition_details) causing
st-props-correct.1 to fail.
