http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=4144 Summary: Microsoft Particles test particlesIg003 Product: XML Schema Test Suite Version: 2006-11-06 Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows XP Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Microsoft tests AssignedTo: ht@inf.ed.ac.uk ReportedBy: mike@saxonica.com QAContact: public-xml-schema-testsuite@w3.org In the Microsoft Particles test set, test <test group="particlesIg004" name="particlesIg004"/> the schema is described in the metadata as invalid. However, I cannot see any reason why it should be considered invalid. Comments in the metadata hint that the essence of the test hinges on whether the particle <xsd:element name="e1" block="substitution extension restriction"/> is a valid restriction of <xsd:element name="e1" block="#all"/> I think that it is.
