[Fwd: Returned mail: see transcript for details]

I have just spent over 30 minutes trying to send a submission to this
list. The form of the submission is a 1MB zip file. It was rejected
as such. Then I renamed it to *.zzz, but it was also rejected. Then
we gziped the zip file and sent it as *.zip.gz, but it was also
rejected.

Whether this is Sun's or W3C's mail subsystem is irrelevant for our
purposes -- surely there must be some other way of submitting large
zip files?

Please advise.

Thanks!
