Meeting at TPAC 2015 in JP

FYI,

I'm not sure if we can pull together a useful f2f meeting at TPAC in
Japan or not, but I put us down to try. That seemed better than saying
no and then discovering we could.

I suggested there'll only be 4 of us approximately and I won't request
any special AV.
