XProc face-to-face: Edinburgh 19 and 20 February

Folks,

Liam gives us his blessing to do a little speculative 2.0 work, citing
a deliberately fuzzy line in the charter. Henry has booked a room in
EDI and cannot travel to PRG. We agreed to meet in February at the 11
Dec 2013 telcon[1]. I plan to book travel this week.

On 11 December, we proposed to meet on 18, 19, and possibly 20
February in Edinburgh.

Given the decision to hold XQuery WG meetings in Prague after XML
Prague, I'd like to shift slightly and meet definitively on 19 and 20
February.

I will put this on the agenda for tomorrow, but if anyone objects ...
now would be the time.
