Face to face in February

First, Happy New Year.

Second, it's about time to book travel for XML Prague.

When last we talked about it, there was a note of hesitation about
doing it if we weren't rechartered. I think it's very unlikely that
we'll get rechartered in time.

I've also discovered that the XQuery WG is meeting that whole week
after XML Prague. So I'm kind of overcommitted. And EDI is a
troublesome detour itinerary-wise.

I'd like to have an XProc f2f, but if we feel that it's more
appropriate to wait until we're officially rechartered, we should
decide that soon.

I'm happy to meet again later in the year, subject to other
constraints.
